Bryn Player Smith

Hello!! My name is Bryn Player Smith and I am NYC based singer and actor, as well as a recent graduate with a BFA in Musical Theatre from the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University, May 2023.

I am originally from Boston, MA, and some fun facts about me are: I am a Pisces, a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, an avid reader, ardent about fitness, a type one diabetic who’s exceptionally passionate about advocacy of young people with disabilities in the arts, and last but certainly not least, I can say the alphabet backwards.

I have been a performer for as long as I can remember. It’s an incredible honor to be able to partake in this artform and to bring pieces of myself to every character I embody.

I was most recently seen playing Catherine in Pippin this summer at COCA! Other recent previous projects include” Side by Side by Sondheim at The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis directed by Reggie D. White, Whatsername in American Idiot, directed by Lara Teeter, a Principal in Sondheim on Sondheim, Directed Michael Baxter and Tali Allen, and Brigitta in North Shore Music Theatre’s production of The Sound Of Music, directed by James Brennan.
